He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Niccum and Opal Niccum (Peters); and his siblings, Wayne, Harry, Donald, Delbert, Eddie, Robert, Elvin, Louis, Leona Niccum, Mary Davis and Iva Sparks.
He is survived by: his wife Matilda Niccum of Effingham; his children, Michael Niccum (Robbie) of St. Charles, MO, Maleah Kaiser (Kevin) of Charleston, IL and Jill Beck (Josh) of Wesley Chapel, FL; his grandchildren, Chase Gillmore, Sophia Knoppe (Alex), Alexandria Guiffrida (Nicholas), Paige Gillmore, Samantha Niccum, Aiden Beck, Amelia Niccum, Courtney Beck, Zachary Niccum and Siler Niccum; his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Kaiser and Rachel Kaiser; his great grandchildren, Kiley Niccum, Parker Knoppe and Josie Knoppe; and his sister Opal Campbell (Hal) of Decatur, IL. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
