He is survived by: his daughter Katrina Teubert of Alva, OK; his grandchildren, Kandice Whitney of Alva, OK, Kaitlan Thornton of Enid, OK and Bryana Teubert of Enid, OK; his great grandchildren, Serenity, Ember, Cory, Allie, Jaelynn, Kenzlie and Saylor; and his siblings, Shirley Collins (Robert) of Cumberland, MD, Karen Spiker (Kenny Swanger) of Cumberland, MD and Milburn Spiker (Fran) of Falling Water, WV..
