He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Esker and Henrietta Esker (Johans); his wife Betty Ann Haarman; and his daughter Mary. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Alan Esker (Pat) of Pearl City, Sue Francis (Mark) of Charlotte, NC, Kevin Esker (Kelley) of Effingham and Don Esker (Becky) of Cedar Rapids, IA; and his grandchildren, Zach Esker (Susana), Jacob Esker (Alyssa), Joanna Esker, Robby Francis (Anna), Ryan Francis, Monica Willoughby (Carson), Alyson Esker, Madison Esker and Blake Esker. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Anthony Schools.
