It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances E. Webb of Effingham, Illinois, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert G. Johnson and Stella Hutchcraft Johnson; her former husband Noble C. Welch; her son Noble Gail Welch; her husband C. Louis Webb; and her grandson Ryan C. Welch.
She is survived by: her sons, Frederick G. "Rick" Welch of Watson and Brian H. Welch of St. Louis; her stepson Steve Webb of Heartville; her grandchildren, Diona Griffey of Hord, Sarah Ray of Sullivan, Brandon Welch of Watson and Lance Welch of West Virginia; her stepgrandchildren, Shannon O'Brien of Mattoon and Frank Browning of Wisconsin; and her great grandchildren, Dylan, Jordan, Alyssa, Tyler, Braeden, Abigail, Emily, Cody, Brance and Ethan. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
