He is survived by: his brother Al Niemeyer (Janice) of St. Elmo; his brother-in-law James Dial of Effingham; and his nieces and nephews, Tom Dial (Cottie) of Effingham, Kirk Niemeyer (Lisa) of St. Elmo, Natalie Stout (John) of St. Elmo and Linda Pratt (Mike) of Charlestown, Indiana. He is also survived by 10 great-nieces and nephews.
