He is survived by: his children, Kevin (Gail) of Effingham, Vicki Hampton (Scott) of Neoga, Scott (Lisa) of Sigel, David (Patty) of Neoga, Sheryl Long of Sigel and Neil of Effingham; his sisters, Dolores Thompson of Greenfield, WI and Rosemary Strohl of Neoga; and his grandchildren, Sarah Patel, Tyler, Jordan Hoedebecke, Akira Hanfland, Mara Frerichs, Kyra Graham, Jonas, Noah Hoedebecke, Abbie Massengill, Baylie Goforth, Caleb Long and Demmie James.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Michael's Church or St. Michael's school.
