She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Behrns and Edith Behrns (Zimdars); and her brother Wayne Behrns. She is survived by: her sons, Darrell of Effingham and Charlie of Effingham; her brother Lyle Behrns of Dieterich; her great grandchildren, Darrell Jr., Ella Schwerman of San Antonio, TX, Jared, Emilia Schwerman of Seattle, WA, Ken, Alec, Brayden Schwerman of Effingham, Decatur, Karie Apke (Trevor), Ashtyn, Colten, Logan Miller of Green Creek, Jamie Antisdel (Jastin), Adali, Ames, Emry Antisdel of St. Louis, MO, Charlie, Isabel Mae, Isley June Schwerman of Effingham, Lindsey Storm (Adam), Conner, Colin and Theo Storm of Effingham; and her sister-in-law Carol Jean Behrns of Dieterich. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be given to St. John's Lutheran Church in Effingham or to the donor's choice.
