He was predeceased by: his parents, Kirk A. Winterrowd and Althea Jane Winterrowd; his former wife Helen Beguelin; his wife Edna Kampmeyer; and his siblings, Louise Manis (Alfred) of Effingham, Norma Gene Hinson (Arthur) of Effingham and Lewis Winterrowd (Dorothy) of Lebanon.
He is survived by: his daughter Jane Northcutt (Dan) of Mt. Vernon, IL; his grandsons, Joshua Northcutt of Mt. Vernon and Todd Northcutt (Heather) of Mt. Vernon; and his great grandchildren, Alek Northcutt of Mt. Vernon, Brinleigh Esmon of Mt. Vernon and Bentley Esmon (Hollie) of Mt. Vernon.
Memorials may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.
