He is survived by: his wife Doris Gephart of Elliottstown; his children, Josh Gephart (Tracy) of Elliottstown and Elizabeth Bernard (Jesse) of Lake Mary, FL; his grandchildren, Logan, Lauren, Briley, Kage and Kash; his great grandchildren, Elliana and Brooklynn; and his siblings, Roger Gephart (Ronda) of Tunnel Hill, IL, Alan "Flip" Gephart (Paula) of Brownstown, IL and Darla Otto (Scott) of Wakefield, KS..
In lieu of charitable donations, the family is requesting a tree be planted in Donnie's memory.
