She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Payne and Myrtle Payne; her husband Richard Perkey; and her siblings, Brenda Schisel and Robert Payne.
She is survived by: her children, Richard "Rick" Perkey (Cathy) of Faribault, MN, Gary Perkey of Effingham and Debbie Hudgins of Effingham; her grandchildren, Scott Perkey (Catalina) of Kenosha, WI, Shauntel Nelson of Savage, MN, Jason Johns (Liz) of Effingham, Eric Johns (Tina), David McAdoo of Effingham and Sarah McAdoo of Effingham; and her siblings, Jenette Strege (Gary), Sandra Schindler, Barbara Siporski, Mary Krebsbach, Donald Jr. Payne (Rita), Daniel Payne (Susan), James Payne (Mary), Evelyn Schindler, Peggy Sonneman, Kathy Gahagan (Terry) and Irvin "Jack" Payne (Mary). She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
