He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldon M. Miller and Geneva R. Miller (Brandt); and his sister Joy Ann Garrison. He is survived by: his wife Betty Bates of Effingham; his daughters, Kelle Waldorf (Leland) of Shumway and Micah Kusterman (Eric) of Casey; his grandchildren, Dustin Westjohn of Shumway and Danielle Carlen (Jarod) of Toledo; his great grandchildren, Elijah, Landyn Carlen of Toledo and Austyn Westjohn of Shumway; and his brother James Miller (Mary) of Stewardson. He is also survived by his family and friends.
