He is survived by: his wife Sharon Fulk of Teutopolis; his children, Terry Fulk of Teutopolis, Donald L. Jr. Fulk (Sherri) of Dieterich, Robert Fulk (Cindy) of Effingham, Rhonda Burton (Tim) of Effingham, Tanya Hanley (Eric) of Montrose and Cheyenne Willenborg (Andy) of Mode; his grandchildren, Trevon, Lacey, Cole, Brandy, Zachary, Kaitlyn, Blake, Dylan, Hunter, Aria, Maverick and Brandon; and his siblings, Carol Krumreich (Gene) of Mode, Donna Hall (Randy) of Effingham, Gary Fulk (Karen) of Greenup and Steve Fulk (Cheryl) of Effingham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
