He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolph Niebrugge and Genevieve Niebrugge (Probst); his brother David; his brother-in-law William Swingler; and his niece Sue Borries.
He is survived by: his siblings, Roger Niebrugge (Jackie) of Teutopolis, Barbara Jane Zerrusen (Jack) of Effingham, Alice Swingler of Teutopolis and Connie Thoele (Jerry) of Effingham; and his close friend Martie Bushue. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
