She is survived by: her former husband Louis C. Hankins; her children, Mike Hankins (Darla) of Shumway, Lisa Diane Hankins of Effingham and Charley Hankins of Effingham; her grandchildren, Jodi Sphar (Jared) of Altamont, Jacob Hankins (Marissa) of Altamont and Justin Hankins (Brittni) of Altamont; her great grandchildren, Emma Jo, Will Sphar, Lilly, Bristin, Beau and Elijah Hankins; her brother John Case of Georgia; and her stepson Donald Slone (Pamela) of Mason.
