He is survived by: his wife Becky Kemper of Effingham; his daughter Dr. Megan Lustig (Marshall Parkison); his stepson Adam Wendling (Mary Belle); his grandchildren, Riyah Walker, Reiner Parkison and Reata Parkison; his stepgrandchildren, A. J. Gernigin and Keith Walker; his siblings-in-law, Greg Kemper (Jane), Mark Kemper (Diane) and Laura Niebrugge (Randy); and his nieces and nephews, Claire Wasson (Seth), Kathryn Elder (Mike), Connor Niebrugge, Calla Niebrugge, Carly Doppelheuer (Ryan) and Jack Kemper (Julia). He is also survived by 8 great nieces and nephews.
