He was predeceased by: his father Raymond; and his brother Don Blair. He is survived by: his wife Vickie Blair of St. Elmo; his children, Lisa Koberlein (Tony) of St. Elmo and Tracy Blair (late Michelle) of Newton; his brother David Blair (Karen) of Stilesville, Indiana; his grandchildren, Andrea Koberlein of Effingham, Matt Koberlein of Effingham, Austin Blair (Bridget) of East Peoria and Ashley Grochowsky (Jake) of Newton; and his great grandchildren, Matison and Kinley Koberlein of Effingham. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and his two beloved cats.
