It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Butts of Effingham, Illinois, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on January 8, 2021, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Ruth Ann Estep (Fender); and her brother Mitchell "Mike" William Estep. She is survived by: her father Mitchell Estep; her close friend John Boswell of Effingham; her children, Brittani Butts of Kinmundy, Courtney Boswell of Effingham and Tasha Rhodes (Jake) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Greyson Butts of Kinmundy and Sawyer Evans of Kinmundy; and her brother Bill Olden of Kinmundy.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to an education fund for Cheryl's grandchildren.
