We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2020, at the age of 89, Charlotte A. Bilbrey of Effingham, Illinois, born in Mattoon, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Roscoe Crispin and Rosa Crispin (Smith); her husband Richard E. Bilbrey; her grandson Bryce Wiedman; and her siblings, Roscoe "Bus", Bernard, Mae, Eddie, Evelyn, Jenelle and Ethel.
She is survived by: her children, Steve Bilbrey (Kate) of Effingham, Christy Hogue (Gary Crabtree) of Pleasanton, TX and Rich Bilbrey (Sandra) of Auburn; her grandchildren, Tim Bilbrey (Addie), Craig Bilbrey (Sandy), Michael Bilbrey, Jamie Woodcock (Jason), Eric Bilbrey (Ashley), Dan Bilbrey (Hallie), Blake Wiedman (Jamie), Brett Wiedman (Kayla) and Brock Wiedman (Chelsea); and her great grandchildren, Haley, Maddox, Ava, Hank, Emma, Bentley and Mason.
