He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Russell and Mary Lois Harpe Sr. (Jenkins). He is survived by: his wife Judy Eckert; his children, Robert "Rob" Harpe (Mary Bill Morrison) of Bristol, Angela Fortune (Scott) of Laurel Hill and Shawn Harpe (Carlene) of Stillwater, Oklahoma; his siblings, Paul Harpe Jr. (Pam), Sharon Byerly (Darrell), Jerry Harpe (Cathy) and Kevin Harpe (Summer Russell); and his sister-in-law Kate Eckert of Effingham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; and brother-in-law.
Memorials may be made to the Evergreen Bark Park in Effingham.
