He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cunningham and Pauline Cunningham (Glenn). He is survived by: his wife Janice; his son Steven Cunningham (Mina); his stepchildren, Christa Packer (Brian), Scott Moeller (Libby) and Andrea Holtz (Jason); and his grandchildren, Jamie, Kyle, Tucker, Maggie, Adeline, Grace and Gunnar.
