He is survived by: his wife Susan W. Uptmor; his children, Christopher (Karlene) of Kaunakakai, Chad (LaShunda) of Conyers, Georgia and Jeni Phillips (Glen) of Effingham; his siblings, Jerry Hicks (Jackie) of Lemont and Mary LaKemper (Gary) of Clermont, FL; his grandchildren, Calvin Hicks (Mariam) of Portland, Oregon, Sophia Hicks of Boulder, Shayna, Kaylee and Krista Phillips of Effingham; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Uptmor (Chrystal) and Ellen Bowers (Dave) of Dallas, Texas..
