He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos Brockett and Minnie Brockett (Woods); his wife Anna Mae Prather; his son Douglas Brockett; his sister Ruby Atkinson; and his sister-in-law Reba Brockett.
He is survived by: his son Ron Brockett (Sherry) of Mason; his grandchildren, Hallie Brockett and Samuel Brockett; his great grandchildren, Grayson Niepert and Ahria Niepert; and his brothers, Jim Brockett (Mary) of Effingham and Art Brockett of Sparta, TN..
