She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Edgar "Cotton", Alice "Sally" Smith, Orville and Mildred Mayhood; her parents-in-law, Robert and Mary Swingler; her nephew Jason Mayhood; and her great-nephew Brett Mayhood.
She is survived by: her parents, Gene Mayhood and Jeannie Mayhood (Smith); her husband Stephen "Steve" Swingler; her children, Christy Hakman (Tony), Brian Swingler (Erin) and Carrie Schultz (Kevin); her grandchildren, Cara, Nina, Alec Hakman, Will, Luke, Jack Swingler, Keegan and Kennedi Schultz; and her siblings, Steve Mayhood (Nancy), Mark Mayhood (Dianne), Jim Mayhood (Cinia Molina) and Lynne Ann Nosbisch (Robert). She is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and amazing friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Pulmonary Fibrosis Foundation or her grandkids' schools: St. Anthony High School, Sacred Heart School, or Altamont Lutheran Interparish School.
