She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandmother Smith; her husband Jim Kinkelaar; her children, Mike of San Diego, CA, Penny Meyer (Dan Kruger), Kay Koerner (Paul) of Effingham and Lee Ann of San Diego, CA; her grandchildren, Lauren Sleeper (Christine) of Escondido, CA, Alexandra White (Nick) of St. Peters, MO, Jordan Koerner (Kristin) of Effingham, Claire Stack (Garrett) of Rockford, MI and Christian "Kit" Koerner of St. Louis, MO; her sister Helen Niccum of Effingham; her brother-in-law Al Carson of Ocala, FL; and her siblings, Gordon, Jr., Howard, Richard, Lois Carson and Martha Ralph. She was also cherished by 3 great grandchildren, 4 foster great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Evergreen Rehabilitation Center Activity Fund.
