He was predeceased by: his father Richard Mandel; and his grandparents, Mam Parks and Pap Parks. He is survived by: his mother Beverly Mandel of Effingham, Illinois; his daughter Jessie Lynn Mandel (Anthony) of Monrovia, California; his brother Scott Mandel (Kim) of Swansboro; his nieces, Alexis Mandel and Aislinn Mandel of Swansboro; and also Lisa Berry Mandel of Monrovia, California. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
