She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph C. Gray and Nellie B. Gray (Brewster); her husband Herbert T. Gaffigan Sr.; and her granddaughter Amber Ring. She is survived by: her children, Herbert Jr. "Tom" (Marlene) of Maquoketa, IA, Jim (Theresa) of Bentonville, AR, Cheryl Stenhouse (Peter) of Charlotte, NC and Judy Barnes (Kent) of Effingham; and her grandchildren, Angie Evans, Lee Gaffigan, John Ring, Shannan Ring, Matt Barnes, Mandy Vergara, Aaron Gaffigan, Joe Gaffigan, Robert Gaffigan and Michael Gaffigan. She is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be given to Meals on Wheels or the Effingham Veteran's Memorial.
