It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Joliff (Effingham, Illinois), born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on March 12, 2019, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Stine and Mary Stine. She is survived by: her daughter Erin Byers (Brian) of Farina, Illinois; her siblings, Leonard Stine (Vicky) of Decatur, Phillip Stine of Iola, Kevin Stine (Jennifer) of Iola, Illinois and Mary Shaffer (Michael) of San Antonio, Texas; and her grandchildren, Alexa and Logan Byers.
