Blake of Effingham, Illinois, born in Ann Arbor, Michigan, who passed away on May 9, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Andre DeLombard and Margaret DeLombard (Strom); her son Joseph; and her sister Diana. She is survived by: her husband Randy Blake of Effingham; her daughters, Jo McGlothlin (Belren) of Newton, Jane Walker (Heath) of Effingham and Angela Blake of Arvada, Colorado; and her siblings, Maggie Black (Keith) of Grass Lake, Kathy Westfall (Burt) of Napoleon, Michigan and Andre DeLombard (Deborah) of Dallas, Texas. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.
