He is survived by: his wife Barb of Effingham; his children, Doug Niebrugge (Kay) of Crestwood, KY, Ken Niebrugge (Diana) of Effingham, Angela Thies (Kenny) of Effingham, Tony Niebrugge of Effingham, Monica Tucker (Jason) of Oxford, IN, Sandra Flach (Tony) of Effingham, Jane Wagner (Graham) of Newton and Nick Niebrugge (Amber) of Effingham; his grandchildren, Luke, Abby, Nathan Niebrugge, Jackie Niebrugge, Emma Holkenbrink (Alex), Allison Niebrugge, Taylor Tucker (Peyton Kiefer), Justin Tucker, Will Flach, Alexa, Andrew, Morgan, Mitchell Wagner, Reagan and Lauren Niebrugge; his great grandchildren, Carter and Charlotte Holkenbrink; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Niebrugge and Don Metsker. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
