He is survived by: his mother Jennifer Foote; his stepfather Christopher Nippe of Effingham; his children, Ever Junior, Aaliyah Foote, Anthony Foote Jr., Isaiah Foote and Eliud Foote; his siblings, Austin Gutierrez (Ashley) of Clarksville, TN, Alexis Gutierrez of Effingham, Ashton Nippe of Effingham, Ashley Nippe of Effingham, Alyviah Nippe of Effingham and Alijah Nippe of Effingham; his aunts and uncles, Carrie Foote, Sharon Gutierrez, Tiffany Gutierrez, Mike Overton, Eddie Gutierrez and Juan Gutierrez; and his grandfather Carlos Romero.
