We are sad to announce that on October 29, 2024, at the age of 83, Anna Mae Pike of Effingham, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Adolph Willenborg and Magdalen Willenborg (Grunloh); her sister-in-law Patricia Pike; and her husband Ralph Pike. She is survived by: her children, Curt Pike (Frances) of St. Charles, MO, Ron Pike (Nila) of Mason and Lori Rutledge (James) of Effingham; her grandchildren, Jeff Pike (Jennifer), Thomas Pike, Nicole Slavens (Andrew), Jason Pike (Amber) and Hannah Ha (Bruce); her great grandchildren, Austin Pike, Kylie Slavens and Derek Slavens; her siblings, Kathleen Westjohn, Dorothy Willenborg, Clarita Delargy (Craig), James Willenborg (Jean) and Raymond Willenborg (Linda); and her sister-in-law Mary Broom.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Johnson Funeral Home (1110 N 4th St, Effingham, IL 62401). A funeral Mass was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church (405 S Henrietta St, Effingham, IL 62401). A committal service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 11:45 AM at the St. Anthony Cemetery (927 Merchant Ln, Effingham, IL 62401).
Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart School.
