It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Thomas Michael Allen of Edwardsville, Illinois, born in Jerseyville, Illinois, who passed away on October 23, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh H. Allen and Adah D. Allen (Jones); and his sisters, Patricia Palumbo, Margaret Wittman and Barbara Burge.
He is survived by: his close friend Janice Morrow; his children, Michael Allen (Sharon) of Edwardsville, Mark Allen (Theresa Hadley), Kathy Allen of Bluffton and Loretta Howard (Jeffrey) of Edwardsville; his grandchildren, Cassandara, Tommy, Whitney, Carli, Kira, Corrin, Cole, Christina, Jennifer, Alexis and Lauren; his sister Kathy Wittman (Jerry) of Jerseyville; and his pet Cooper. He is also survived by eight great grandchildren, and one great great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Soulard School or St. Louis Shriners Hospital.
