She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hoggett and Gertrude Hoggett (Romine); her husband Morris B. Chapman; her sons, Robert H. Chapman and James C. Chapman; and her daughter-in-law Connie Chapman.
She is survived by: her children, Morris B. Chapman, Jr. of Granite City, Martha (James Leary), Melissa (Phil Rheinecker) and Amy (Greg McCamus); and her grandchildren, Ben Chapman, Claire Chapman, Justin Chapman, Rachel Relle, Ian Leary, Chris Rheinecker, Julia Nelson, Natalie Kofler and David McCamus. She is also survived by thirteen great grandchildren; two great-great grandchildren; and other extended family.
