She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hastings and Unis Hastings (Blain); her husband Joseph John Costanzo; her son Ronald Costanzo; her daughter-in-law Melodee Costanzo; and her grandson Jeff Costanzo.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph W. (Jayne Costanzo), Lorraine (Bob Cunningham), Lawrence Costanzo of Dorsey and Tony (Peggy Ann Costanzo); and her daughter-in-law Kathy Costanzo. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; several great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives and friends.
