She is survived by: her siblings, Pamela "Pam" Cook of Edwardsville, IL, Mary Vick (Steve) of Alhambra, IL and Michael Cook (Jan Surbey) of Morro Bay, CA; her nieces and nephews, Julie Cook of Boise, ID, Jennifer Coca of Collinsville, IL, Stephanie Pruett (Alex) of Edwardsville, IL, Todd Cook (Debi) of New Meadows, ID, Randy Shinn of St. Louis, MO and Adam Vick of Belleville, IL; her great-nephew Ricky Coca; and her great-nieces, Maria Coca, Kayla Coca, Ember Pruett, Holly Bollman and Megan Carlyle.
