She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Lubak and Helen Lubak (Rogenski); and her husband Roger L. Benway. She is survived by: her daughter Cheryl; her son-in-law James Prichard of Dardenne Prairie; her son Steven; her daughter-in-law Darcy Benway of O'Fallon; her grandchildren, Rebecca Benway, Matthew Benway, Bryan Prichard and Andrew Prichard; her sister Jeanette; her brother-in-law Wayne Scannell; her brother Thomas; and her sisters-in-law, Judy Lubak and Barbara Benway. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Metro East Humane Society.
