He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Tilden Coppedge and Florence Fern Coppedge (Fox); his sister Darlene Green; and his sister-in-law Betty Lou Coppedge. He is survived by: his wife Betty J. Trout; his children, Bradley E. Coppedge (Janice) of Staunton and Linda S. Etling (David) of Belleville; his grandchildren, Kaleb Coppedge, Benjamin Etling (Sarah), Daniel Etling (Lara) and Emily Lowry (Kenan); his great grandchildren, Emma, Saoirse, Hollis, Amari Etling and Noah Lowry; and his siblings, Donald Coppedge of Glen Carbon and Lila Faye Hoxsey of Wood River.
Memorials may be given to the Landmark Baptist Church or Carmi Baptist Children's home.
