He was predeceased by: his brother Joshua McGinness; his grandparents, John, Betty McGinness, Rose and Harold Zeigler; and his pet Julius.
He is survived by: his parents, Rick McGinness and Kimberly McGinness (Zeigler) of Collinsville, IL.; his significant other Kari McGinness of Kansas City, MO; his brother Nicholas McGinness (Amanda) of Muskego, WI; his nephew Andrew; his nieces, Kayla, Lily and Jenna; his uncles, Charles McGinness, Timothy Zeigler and Steven Zeigler; and his pet Vada. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Catty Shack in Hamel, IL "Cat Rescue" or a local animal shelter.
