He was predeceased by: his parent Charles "Bill"; his brothers, Charles Riggins, Paul "Joe" Riggins and William "Billy" Riggins; and his grandparents, Herman Riggins, Myrtha Riggins (Weston), William Stack and Isabelle Stack (Kobel).
He is survived by: his parent Catherine "June" Riggins (Stark); his daughters, Natalie Riggins of Edwardsville and Emilie Riggins of Edwardsville; his grandsons, Caleb Shaw of Edwardsville and Lucas Shaw of Edwardsville; and his siblings, Kevin Riggins of Edwardsville, Catherine Evans of Glen Carbon, MaryLou Davis of Tamms and Patricia Riggins of Edwardsville. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews; 12 great-nieces and nephews and many other close family members and friends.
Memorial donations are suggested to the American Liver Foundation, American Cancer Society or to the National Rifle Association.
