(Kate), Dr. Elizabeth (Benjamin) and Bryan Blaylock (Jessica); and her great grandchildren, Jillian, Gabriel, Sophia, Anne Marie, Mary Kate, John, Luke, Matthew, Jr., Nolan, Brynna and Braelyn. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
