She is survived by: her children, Kendalyn Rose Portz of Edwardsville, IL and Brayden Alexander Portz of Edwardsville, IL; her parents, Deanna Marie Chiste Kasich and David William Kasich of Edwardsville, IL; her husband Rick Portz of Hartford, IL; her brother David Anthony Kasich (Molly) of St. Louis, MO; her grandparents, James John Chiste of Edwardsville, IL, Rose Somraty Thornton of Collinsville, IL, William Kasich of Litchfield, IL and Norma Blank of St. Louis, MO; and her parents-in-law, Patty Portz of St. Louis, MO and Rick Portz of Desoto, MO. She is also survived by extended family and many wonderful friends.
Memorial donations may be given to the American Lung Association for asthma research or to Mid America Transplant. Donations will be accepted at the funeral chapel.
