He was predeceased by: his pet Natty. He is survived by: his brothers, Kent Fultz (Lisa) of Edwardsville, IL and Brad Fultz of Edwardsville, IL; his uncle Brad; and his aunt Faye Heuchert. He is also survived by nieces & nephews.
