She is survived by: her spouse Ricky Collins; her children, Domenic Collins, Seth, Alexis and Aleah Jacobs; her mother Kathy Bowen; her stepfather Curtis Bowen; her siblings, Rebecca Phipps, Krystal Legens (Matt), Anitra Collins and Keith Collins; and her nephews, Damion, Elijah, Damon Bareiter, Christopher Phipps and Bradley Trail.
