He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Archie Hoops and Gracie Caldwell Hoops; his children, Wendy Hoops, Ronda Hoops and Scott Johnston; his grandchildren, Hunter Kelley, MacKenzie Kelley, Austin Johnston, Katlyn Johnston and Lauren Johnston; his brother Gene Hoops; his nephews, Monty Hoops and David; and his siblings, Reba Menken, June England and Buddy Hoops.
