He is survived by: his children, Tammy Livingston (Tom) of Peoria and Scott Kemp of Peoria; his grandchildren, Dylan Livingston (Maria) of Bartonville, Michael Livingston of Bellevue and Lily J. Livingston of Peoria; his mother Susan Seelye of Coldwater, MO; and his siblings, Barb Haynes (John) of Pekin, Carla Irvin of Pekin, Chuck Seelye of Pekin, Bill Seelye of Coldwater, MO, Janice Seestedt (Ron) of Hanna City, Janet Todd (Johnny Tang) of South Pekin, Jeff Todd, Sr. (Liz) of Pekin and James Todd, Sr. (Rachel) of Pekin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
