We are sad to announce that on October 31, 2018, at the age of 71, Patricia H. Carlsen (Edwards, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Holmes and Edith Holmes (Brownell); and her siblings, MaryBeth Sarathain (late Sheldon), William Jr., John, Thomas, Daniel (late Rochelle), James and Joseph Holmes (late Carol).
She is survived by: her husband Thomas; her daughters, Karen Carlsen, Christine Courtney (Jason) and Cherished; her grandchildren, Pason Courtney and Haley Gonzales; and her brother Robert (Sandra).
