She was predeceased by: her parents, William Snyder and Joann Snyder (Ward); and her sister Laura Hoffman. She is survived by: her husband Dave Gunnell; her children, Elizabeth Gunnell, Jennifer Santoro (Shanon) and David E. Gunnell Jr.; her grandchildren, Vincenzo and Aria Santoro; her siblings, Phyllis Karn (Butch), William Snyder (Sandra) and John Snyder (Tallie); her brother-in-law Kevin Hoffman; and also Allie Hoffman. She is also survived by several nieces and one nephew.
