He is survived by: his father Frank Agatucci; his wife Jeanne Shank; his children, Gina Kouri (Jim), Tony Agatucci (Angie) and Lisa McIntosh (Phil); his grandchildren, Vincent, Caroline, Dominic Kouri, James, Michael Agatucci, Justin and A. J. McIntosh; and his brother Jerry Agatucci (Sophie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be given to the Greater Peoria Honor Flight or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
