He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Joanne; his children, Julie Anderson (Ricki), Sharon Katz, Matthew Duffy and Edward J. Duffy Jr.; his grandchildren, Shawn, Eric, Timothy, Allison, Joshua, Jessica, Anna, Jodi and Matthew; and his brother John Duffy.

In lieu of flowers , Edward's family would appreciate donations to Huntington Disease Society of America.
