She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Reid and Bessie Reid (Gumbrell); and her husband John Elbern Myers. She is survived by: her children, John Myers (Jan) of Kimberling City, MO, James Myers, Gary Myers (Pam) of West Salem, IL, Ada Parks (Tom) of Atlanta, IL and Wilma Luthe of Albion, IL. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions are encouraged to the West Salem Christian Church, the West Salem Senior Citizens Center or African Christian Mission.
